A lot of these overweight/obese people are to blame because of the unhealthy lifestyle they choose to live but for some it's health issues that cause the weight gain and diet/exercise really can't do much until their health problems are under control. It's unfortunate either way.

It's also a food addiction and depression. It's not as simple as making bad decisions, she needs therapy and medication. Mental health needs to be addressed
