How can people work for temp agencies?

You pick and choose the job you get
It's also a building block
You can use the experience and add it to your resume
And it's not always temporary
My sister started a secretary position at a building management corporation getting paid $15 an hour
While she was there a position opened up
She interviewed for it and got it
2 years later she's an assistant project manager and getting paid $50k plus all types of incentives and bonuses
I know it's not 6 figures like you with your certs but it's not a bad start for not having any education

Well I've worked through a temp company when I first got out of high school.
Its a good way to gain experience until you find full time employment.
