Low pay, temporary employment, segregation from the regular employees, no respect
How desperate must one be to accept these circumstances?
It's not necessarily low pay
You pick and choose the job you get
It's also a building block
You can use the experience and add it to your resume
And it's not always temporary
My sister started a secretary position at a building management corporation getting paid $15 an hour
While she was there a position opened up
She interviewed for it and got it
2 years later she's an assistant project manager and getting paid $50k plus all types of incentives and bonuses
I know it's not 6 figures like you with your certs but it's not a bad start for not having any education
It's better than no job at all.
like they wouldnt just hire from within, no they'll give this position to the rank ass temp secretary
So why didn't they do that when you got hired?

considering they work for a temp agency, they probably have alot worse, not to mention possible previous incarceration stints
what? Is that how it works in America? People who have convictions can work temp jobs without it coming up?
