How can somebody forget and leave their kid in a hot ass car?

Kids are noisey all the time. But tend to fall asleep and be very quiet during car rides.
Most parents aren't used to quiet kids. Gives an opportunity for their mind to wander and become distracted by other things.
Other parents are paranoid by quiet kids. And check on them even more. depends which kind you are.
