Using fedex or ups is more safe, because those are private companies. If they tell the local police it's up to the police if they want to prosecute you. If they do, it would be better then the federal government doing it
True, but if you get caught, now you have a fed case. A fed case is the worse, because its hard to beat thier charges. So, they are gonna offer you a deal, and it will most likely include a trafficking charge because the package went through multiple states. If you get a local case, they might not even look at charging you, if you live in a decriminalized or legal state, and it doesn't look like you're selling it. I see you live in Cali, all you have to worry about is the receiver catching a charge, and implicating you into the case

And doing overnight is not good, to me. When you do that, you are making the package be looked at more. I used to work for a mail company, and as long as you keep the packages look normal, no one will know. It's when you do things like overnight shipping, half ass packaging, and no good addresses, your package will be looked at more because its separated from the rest, which is a huge amount of mail
