Do yal use the Essential Thread List on the Right side of the page? Or do threads that you feel important not exist unless they are pinned?

It depends what platform people use most. The essential thread list is useless on mobile put on desktop it works.

The latter, people are naturally visual so pinning those threads may need to be there.

I use the watch thread option a lot.
I even used the ignore thread a few times too
