Use the church as a hub for community planning.

Neighborhood orgs to run drug dealers and jackers out the neighborhood in an escalating manner. Talk it out, involve authorities, neighborhood mob.

Trustworthy treasury in church to fund community outreach like tutors.

Level up to get government funding for more outreach programs for the community consisting of job training, couple therapy, parental counseling, drug counseling, business education, business loans, martial arts training.

More funding for community centers that cater to a variety of programs similar to the ones outlined above, protected by police or neighborhood heros.

Expand and wait for the fruits.

1.) Money talks. Black folks need to have access to money wether it’s high paying jobs or high return business.

2.) Manage money. For yourself, family and investments.

The doctors, engineers, lawyers, etc. of the community need to stay and invest/put money back into them instead of fleeing

After there is a cultural shift in the black community and criminality is dealt with. People are not going to stay in an area if they have no confidence in their safety and the safety of their family.

The truth is that the ship has been sailed collectively for black people. Focus on what you have control over - yourself and your immediate family.

I agree… we as men should be more proactive and solution oriented instead of reactive and passive—complaining. We should be the ones who determine our future and the state of black America.

I hate to sound like Michael Jackson but it begins with the Man in the Mirror.

Having worked in a non profit organisation, I've noticed that our people are good at lip service but wont jump in unless they see some success.

I would personally start vocational courses in construction, plumbing, electricians and engineering. A man with any of those skills will never be out of work.

Cleaning up the neighbourhood. Like if your hood looks shyt, literally clean it up. Paint some murals or use school kids art.

I could go on. There are so many ideas but they'll fall flat if nobody's putting in the effort. Ultimately it starts with yourself.

I don't talk about this subject much because I find that most people are that, talk. When you're trying to make a change for the community its a hard and often lonely road. So
