read labels and cook for yourself. It gets tricky at restaurants for sure but I stick with meat and veggies. If you're not sure dont put it in your mouth:dame:

I do keto most of the time and it opened my eyes to how much sugar is in everything

just realize u might not be able to avoid all sugar but 1g of sugar aint gonna fukk u up mfs out here are eating 100s of grams of sugar

Processed sugars.

You’re right, ‘sugar’ in a biological sense is in all foods, but when people say they are cutting out sugar they are talking about processed sugar.

Without ‘sugar’ (glucose sucrose etc), a person would die. Therefore , it is IMPOSSIBLE to cut out all sugars.

since keto blew up so has the sugar free market. there's all types of low sugar/low carb stuff out there

chips, bread, tortillas, pasta, pastries, drinks, beer, etc.
whenever i hear random people talking about how they want to get in to making food products, i tell them to make a sugar free version too cuz the market is blowing up right now.

Normally, no sugar means no added sugar. :yeshrug:

Technically, sugar is in damn near everything, but some are in such small quantity that the companies don't legally have to add it in the nutritional info
