Three, there’s a whole bunch of gibberish in your reply. All of us you quoted have differentiated between natural sugars and added sugars when saying you can’t completely avoid sugars
Four, intermittent fasting has nothing to do with sugar/carbs, and ketosis is reached by keeping your net carbs under a certain amount, not having zero carbs/sugars. You can also eat slightly higher carbs (30-80g) but reach ketosis via exercise
