One, why are you getting so angry :dahell:

Two, no one said it was in everything, it’s in almost everything...you’re free to go to google and see nuts and beans have anywhere from 1/2-2g sugar per serving

Three, there’s a whole bunch of gibberish in your reply. All of us you quoted have differentiated between natural sugars and added sugars when saying you can’t completely avoid sugars

Four, intermittent fasting has nothing to do with sugar/carbs, and ketosis is reached by keeping your net carbs under a certain amount, not having zero carbs/sugars. You can also eat slightly higher carbs (30-80g) but reach ketosis via exercise
If you have sugar while in ketosis you will come out of it without a doubt and not every nut has sugar .Im not going to argue with you fat lames anymore.
