Plus, one year making 50k, working with professionals and then making millions after that year >>> 1-3 years of someone making $$$ off my name, not being allowed to make $, going to class ect...
if Andrew Wiggins and Jadaveon Clowney was in the DLeague/CFL trust dem nikkas would be on TV
i see cfl games on nbc sports network, i dont know how many people got that channel tho
You gotta be
You know how much players in the D league....less than $30K![]()
Football is unlike baseball and hockey where guys have options. In baseball, you can play in the minor leagues/farm teams and still be seen as an MLB prospect. You can move from single-A, to double-A, to triple-A and have some visibility in the eyes of MLB teams/GMs/scouts. In hockey, you can play in junior hockey/semi-pro and still be seen as a possible NHL prospect. In football, if you go to the CFL, it's like the Bermuda Triangle of football. Ain't nobody got time to look at your CFL stats when they are looking at a variety of high-profile collegiate players.spin from the thread should college players profit off their name
lets say andrew wiggins aint wanna go to college, do you think he should/would go to the DLeague
or Jadaveon Clowney going to the CFL until his eligibility is fulfilled
they could sign with agents, sponsors, make money independently without goin to college and wasting a free scholarship
at the same time if a dude go to college, he should have to stay atleast 2 years for NBA and 3 years for NFL
would yall think that solve the problem?
how much they makin at Duke and Louisville? You gotta be

Good point, for some reason I thought you can leave after your sophomore year. Didnt Calrette do something like that? Either way in football you dont want to have too much wear and tear on your body so I guess school is the better choice. In football you would still have to be 3 years removed from your high school class. So you would be in Canada for 3 years playing against grown ass men and making shyt pay.
In college them dudes are treated like kings. You get 3 years of basically doing whatever you want, having everything handed to you, and an endless buffet of ass to chose from.

i agree with you on the goin to college
but the thread is for the kids who are tryin to make money straight outta college
nikkas in the other thread talkin about college players cant feed themselvesthats a damn lie, just like you said they treated like kings on campus
basically if a star hs player had no intention on gettin an education and is in it for the money why not go to the DLeague/CFL as well as sign they own endorsements/sponsors/etc
i think it would create a whole new lane. BJennings tried to do it but i think he aint do it right.
Nope. Like I said, the CFL is the Bermuda Triangle. People would wonder why a high prospect would go into the CFL. Your mom, dad, and gold-digger girlfriend (just kidding) want you to go the NCAA route. Even your high school coach would recommend Alabama or Oklahoma over the Calgary Stampede.imagine sombody with some hype goin to CFL and actually making some noise people would pay attention imo
The only reason to do this would just be for the principle, but this is not going to make you more money.
You really believe that.
Just about everyone gets NBCSN.
