The only really Sanchez didn't go higher than 5th (because 5th is so low right) is because the teams picking beforehand simply didnt need a QB. If you're a first-round pick and you don't end up at the very least becoming a quality starter for some years, you're a fukking bust.

Second of all, yeah, generally people get labeled as busts when they're picked inside the top 3-5.

Like Kwame Brown went #1 in 2001 and is forever remembered as a bust.. Rodney White went #9 in that draft and had basically no career but, well, nobody cares because he went 9 and nobody expected that much.

That's just the game man, everything ain't always about race (although a lot of times it is)
