Its not as costly as the other islands, especially right now. Its a U.S territory so you dont need a passport. Beaches are beautiful. Easily one of the least c00nish parts of the carribean. You can find plenty of black culture still intact there.

that being said me and a gang of black and african friends of mine booked a group trip down there scheduled a couple months after the hurricane hit.
we had to cancel because the island wasn't making enough progress restoring power and shyt like that
