If you're late 20s, 30s, and making below 50k or so (and that's on the low end)... unless your psychological-spiritual aura/teaching is immensely strong, then you might be the one looking corny and wifeless, no matter how well rated your looks have been by women.
Might as well start dating younger chix and try to wife one if you wanna get married (presents its own set of problems, but ...
). They're often easier impressed by the basics (car, residence, attire) and older men whom they deem as above average in the looks department.
Otherwise, step your income up and diversify your portfolio.

Yea, dudes in their 30s can catch many chicks because of their "established" vibe, and that's to the good. But the back and forth is regarding some dudes thinking women can still be dimes over 30.
Now, if some dudes think that's the case, then that's fine. But some of us simply don't agree.

lIt is practically impossible to still be a dime at 30 but then again my standards are probably higher then yours.
You can still be good looking after 30 but it's rare you'll see a chick that's true dime status. Most models are done in the industry by 27

Some women out there marrying nikkas who cut grass for a living, it's way too many hoes for this rules to be in place. lots of these "non settling ass broads" gon settle real quick when they 40 with 2 kids with different daddies.... I don't follow women's word, they're better when they shut up and lay under my arm.
