all of those 90s tracks were sampled from another genre or generation yet they still don't get enough credit from us current fans or artists

those samples they used were legit and were the best

here is a youtube video of samples

If we all know that a majority of people born after say 1990 couldn't give a fukk less about 90s hip-hop, they're not gonna care about 60s/70s samples.
But for us who are :flabbynsick: enough... we most likely grew up to our parents bumpin the 60s-70s shyt and have always given the credit where credit is due.

Flipside being (especially before the sample rules changed)... it was a little bit of an unwritten rule by producers to keep samples under wraps. You're not supposed to expose a producer and say what he used on the track or divulge information like that... it's sacred. If you knew, you knew... if you didn't... you just always hoped you'd run into it somewhere.

These dudes don't want to credit the dudes writing they music on the songs they have now. You expect the non-musicians and non-artists of today to give respect to the real ones who created what they are making? :pachaha:
