dude can rap but somewhere along the way he started being way too extra 
He's a good rapper but he's in a lane that is already covered. He does what some would consider a niche style of rap that Twista and Bone Thugs have had locked since the 90s. Twista and a member of bone or 2 (krayzie and Bizzy) will always make a list before Tech
He’s probably top 20 when it comes to business wise in hip hop

He aint gotta follow trends nor ride the coattails.
I'd rather him make his money with his core fan base than to sell out to the mainstream and lose his fanbase just to be on a top 100 list along with a Jay-Z feature.

Dude can definitely rap and the few songs I heard from him or had him on, I thought were good. I think is it silly to disqualify him because his fan base isn't the typical rap fan, or that he doesn't try to the general rap audience.
