How come Tech N9NE isn’t any of these top 50s

He's a good rapper but he's in a lane that is already covered. He does what some would consider a niche style of rap that Twista and Bone Thugs have had locked since the 90s. Twista and a member of bone or 2 (krayzie and Bizzy) will always make a list before Tech

That's literally the lane... fast rap.. which is considered a niche style in hip hop.... I don't get what you're tryna say.

tech9 has been around since the 90s but he wasn't known on a high level at all. Hell twista was practically considered underground compared to Bone until he clicked up with Kanye. I dint know who tech9 was until i got on the internet...that's how I would imagine alot of people discovered him. He has some good songs the shyt on the exorcist beat is one of my favorite songs.
