I would say a "pick me" is a male identified woman. Therefore she sees things from a male perspective rather than a female...she may even have issues with women in general.

I don't care for pick-me's, I'd rather debate with someone who can see both sides.

A lot of times it's not used like that though. The same was showing a basic amount of respect for women can get a man the 'simp' label, just not being on that men are trash shyt can get you labeled a pick me
