How come The Weeknd's music is praised and Miguel's music gets ignored

Weeknd kicked the mainstream doors in after he caught that Fifty Shades wave. Then BBTM cemented that pop sound for him with echoes of MJ. Miguel dropped KD then disappeared and became a hippie. Followed up his best mainstream effort with Wildheart and it was too far out of today's sound. Skywalker is a step in the right direction though.

He cannot sing . He can hold a note Drake can’t sing or pretty much any of these new nikkas outside of Miguel .

They all followed The Dream blueprint, but it only worked for the dream because his pen game was amazing .

The Weeknd got some classic songs, but he can’t sing .
