Not confident, but only because I firmly believe you can only be decent/good at something only if you do it repeatedly.

I haven't fought since my early 20s, and 99% of my fights (both boxing with friends and street fights) came during my teenage years.

Back in the day I know I could take a punch though, but I'm not so sure now being in my 30s - I stay in shape though and I'm fit/lean, but that has nothing to do with fighting skills.

Good assessment. When I taught empty hand combat I'd stress to women and timid people the ability to be mentally tough and rely upon 4 basic highly effective movements, then. RUN. RUN for your fukking life and scream. Also gouging eyes and striking noses works on 90% of people. They ball up and cry like a bytch.
