So in Startup, Ronald's crew was running security for the nerds. All Ronald had to do after that was create a security company and employ all his boys. The bonus was he'd have access to all the legal weapons they could get their hands on. No worry about the cops. They'd be licensed and legit.

Instead he go and abandoned his boys so he could go from being Hellboy's nikka to the company's nikka. That upgrade from field negro to house negro be destroying the community something harsh.
