nope. retired (from the UK) expats in my family fly to cuba for certain health care needs. those with american citizenship return to america for half the year anyway.
This was covered in Michael Moore's healthcare documentary Sicko. They showed we were at the same level as Cuba. Here's the trash thing CNN did back when it released, they have that agent Indian doctor Sanjay Gupta on. He cropped a clip from the movie to try to claim Michael Moore was lying, leaving out the graphic that showed the US and Cuban healthcare ratings. Since then, I don't fukk with that crook.
