Well at the end of the day the main advantage Revis has is he's the best player at his position, which is a position of high importance as well. There's not many players that could pull off what he pulls off. If Cromartie or someone like that was trying to do this teams would just tell him to kick rocks.

even if cromartie was as good as revis, he couldn't pull off those kinda negotiations cuz EVERYONE knows cromartie out here with 10 kids and mouths to feed and is generally thirsty to get a deal done as fast as possible.

I have met Revis a couple times, hes probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet no lie.

I think the main missing point up in that story is he has the skills to back up being greedy, none of his negotiation tactics would work if he sucked
