It's funny how people said Takeover was better than Ether because it was "facts" when pretty much everything said on that sing was inaccurate or a fabrication.
To Jay's credit, that's just the power of a good diss song. I wouldn't have a problem with people saying that Takeover is a better diss song than Ether if that's how they felt. The myth about Takeover being pure facts is just the industry trying to reconcile Jay's ridiculous wealth with the fact that he got completely destroyed by Nas. Searchlite Publishing didn't even exist yet in 2001.

Just to add on to dis, In a recent interview with Chaz he did with Queen's Flip he spoke on Pac meeting up with him and Supreme. Nore even said that Pac was in his hood before. Pac talks about the A-Team being responsible for his robbery/shooting in his phone convo with Monster Kody. Aint that a Queens click? Makes you wonder their connection between them and the various NY rappers going at him. When you think about it, it was mainly Queens rappers going at Pac. You had Nas who Stretch was producing for, you had CNN and you had Mobb Deep dissing him.
