Stop giving people credit for "doing the work" with roids.

Regular, all natural dudes with 9-5 jobs and a family, responsibilities, still go to the gym 4-5 days a week.

A celebrity with all the time in the world, best personal trainers, nutrition, best anabolic roids.....don't deserve credit for "doing the work"

I see roiders come in the gym yoked, workout for 30 mins and leave. I go for no less than 90 mins

I'm gonna need some of y'all to spill the beans on how to gain 25 pounds of muscle naturally over the course of a year
Water, Creatine, whey and mass gainer, sleep.
Also spend a lot of time and energy on legs. They are the bigger muscle group. Lift light for the arms, max out on your push-ups, and sleep as much as possible.

MBJ was already skinny, so he's got the ability to overload calories and not focus on cutting. 6 meals a day. The 3 hours of boxing alone plus the mile long before each session would take care of that. Definitely possible, but probably assisted under the extreme scrutiny of a doctor.

Another thing y'all are discounting is MBJ (anyone in movies or tv) is a product being sold. He HAS to achieve the exact look they want for the movie to come together how they want it, and do so in the time frame allotted for the filming.

There are arrangements, building bookings, set reservations, etc with hundreds of peoples jobs depending upon him, and others in movie, being in shape by the time filming starts. So YES, he's going to be on whatever is needed to make all that work.

Bro all he did was train for 8 hours a day and he ate clean as fukk. Like 1500 calories of straight protein every day. If you have the free time you can do that in a year

I ran track in college as a sprinter. We worked out with the football team 3-4 times a week in the off season. I came in freshman year benching 275 but some linemen could do 315 for reps. Anyways we were doing power cleans, deadlifts, squatting, bench, weighted pullups, etc... because they wanted the sprinters to be built like running backs and wide receivers. And this was our job on top of school. We were even stuck there during the summer time.

Even with the peak levels of testosterone that we had at 18-22 years old no one was putting on 25 pounds of lean contractile tissue in a year. 10 lbs was considered an excellent year (granted athlete on scholarship had already got newbie gains in high school)

I mean, the linemen were adding 20-25 lbs in the off season but it came with fat.
