How did Ralph Lauren convince people that the clothing of the ACTUAL US Polo team was fake?

Yeah, knew this for a while. I actually got some of their stuff. Quality is okay. I have no shame in wearing certain brands as long as it fits properly.

Everywhere...You never there.
@Indiglow Meta (R$G) brings up a fascinating point tho ... USPA did get sued by Ralph Lauren and settled ... and they incorporated after Ralph Lauren’s Polo. However, shyt is an official subsidiary of the real US Polo Association.

And Beverly Hills Polo Club is still its own functioning brand as far as I can tell and is not defunct. It was established in a year after USPA incorporated and has the same manufacturer as Izod :sas2:

Decent fits from BHPC low key :sas2:

They don't have a wiki anymore, I assumed they got eaten up by the larger fake brand.
It's an official subsidiary of the "real" US Polo Association due to moves made after RL was incorporated. Hence the 1981 vs 1967. 1890 is an irrelevant red herring of a year, as there was no official brand representing the United States Polo Association in 1890. They waited until 1981 and began copying.
