They setup businesses and get US citizenship by creating 10 new jobs (which are filled by family members/other immigrants on work visas)

This applies to alot of immigrants but specifically to answer OP’s question, chinese immigrants are able to import hair/beauty/nail goods straight from suppliers in China.

An Indian guy I know was saying that’s how all the Indians he knows get their family over here.
Setup a job say you cant find anyone to fill the role so you have to look overseas rinse and repeat.
One thing I learned is that Asian business owners tend to pool together buy in bulk. So if you see 3 beauty salons run by a particular Asian group, chances are they got their supplies together. This gives them a way bigger discount in the long run. Probably the same land lord as well.
