Sure, I'm sure some exceptions can be made but I'm telling you one of these days these hackers are going to go down a truly dangerous road and people are going to wake up like "how did we get to this pointtt?"
They're going to start hacking millions of email addresses and make a searchable database with your search/browsing history, purchases, facebook/email messages etc - all verified by name/phone number/addresses.
