Evolution is exponential. The human brain doubles its knowledge everyday.
If it wasn't for the government and big corporations holding us down the human civilization would be far more advanced not only technology wise, but also on a spiritual level.
Yes, major wars are a big catalyst for technological advancement because that means big $$$ for those big corporations and the government.

It does work like this, though. Whether you find it corny or not, there's really people out there who benefit from the fact that we live our little peasant life. That's capitalism. Hell, Nikola Tesla basically invented free electricty for everyone around the globe and you still paying money for a deficient electricity system. The first electric car was invented in the early 20th century. Einstein and Tesla succesfully teleported a boat (with majors complications, though, but still) with living humans on it in the 1950's or 60's.
I can't find anything on this. Please direct me when you have a chanceEinstein and Tesla succesfully teleported a boat (with majors complications, though, but still) with living humans on it in the 1950's or 60's.

Everyone has a little bit of truth in this thread. I'm just saying there's plenty of technology available out there that could greatly improve our life on earth but it's just more profitable for the goverment (corporations) to toss it under the rug.
I saw a 1 hour long documentary on this subject on the History Channel i'd say about 3-4 months ago. My dad is 50 years old and told me he was alive when it happened and it was a big thing during the time.I can't find anything on this. Please direct me when you have a chance

What basically happened is that they succesfully teleported the boat from point A to point B, but the humans who were on the boat during the teleportation process were actually ''part'' of the boat after it. Like fully transformed into the boat. Weird shyt honestly. I'll try to find a link or something i'm actually surprised it isn't documented on the net
