I don't think this is at all a true statement. This is more preferential. And BP aged better because it is a classic album for a reason. Still, many consider Vol. 2 a classic as well. Vol. 3 didn't age any worse. There are soul and funk samples on Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 too. None of those albums have electro samples. Vol. 3 just had some wack songs on it that brought it down some notches upon release.
