if you talkin about south americans, then you have a point. them argentines are permanently on some when it comes to indigenous hispanics and mestizos.

That's coz a lot of them are actually white. European migration into Argentina was heavy and it wasn't that long ago. It was the top two destination for Euro migrants after the US.

A lot of them are only a few generations removed from Italy, Spain, Germany etc.
