At my lowest I was about 160ish. I basically changed the diet and stopped fukking with soda, fast food, and a lot of pre processed foods like snacks and chips and shyt. Ate a lot of fish, chicken, and brown rice along with veggie. Drank liquor straight more than beer. Did no less than an hour of cardio a day and when lifting I'd do high rep circuits. MMA/kickboxing training also helped to throw pounds off cuz some of the sessions got BRUTAL![]()
