How did you feel when you found out your not gonna make it

At my lowest I was about 160ish. I basically changed the diet and stopped fukking with soda, fast food, and a lot of pre processed foods like snacks and chips and shyt. Ate a lot of fish, chicken, and brown rice along with veggie. Drank liquor straight more than beer. Did no less than an hour of cardio a day and when lifting I'd do high rep circuits. MMA/kickboxing training also helped to throw pounds off cuz some of the sessions got BRUTAL:sadbron:

Bout to clear thi s fridge and and these cabinets out and get to it. How long did it take you to get right?

It started out kinda slow at first, but after a few months my metabolism started building momentum cuz I really started noticing changes...I'd say the whole process took me bout two years till I was leaned out. Oh, and make sure to drink ALOT of water because it not only helps the process, and is kinda necessary, it also helps with the elasticity of skin after weight loss. I mean drink so much your piss is clear before workouts.

Well if you just give up and keep that mind set then you'll never make it. Keep the dream alive bruh and make it happen one way or another.

Noted, I think now Is a better time than ever to start since I feel like I'm burning out on fast
food, high school reunion coming up in 2 years ...I think I'm bout to make a home at the gym section of the coli :blessed:
