How Did You Find A Job You Loved?

I'm literally depressed off the strength that I can't find a job. I've applied all over the place and have been declined at even the lightest jobs due to "over qualification" (Masters degree in Information Science) or lack of experience knowing all the programs and shyt these places are looking for.

shyt shouldn't affect me so much but I've been starting to harbor some negative emotions towards life and I don't want to go to that dark place but damn, what's a good job a college grad can get that pays relatively decent? My last job was $30K but the toxic stress I accumulated and racism I experienced at the job wasn't worth it. shyt, I would've stayed if it wasn't for all that. Just not feeling like myself breh. Gotta get this money somehow

Don't worry about it, breh. This is how this is supposed to be. This is how this works.

Keep pushing yourself.

Keep making contacts.

Keep doing all the shyt that the successful people who came before you are telling you to do.

Learn some shyt. Make yourself experienced in a few technologies.

Your time will come.

In the meantime, make yourself as marketable and as skillful as possible.

Make as many contacts as you can.

Do not be afraid to take risks!

Your 20's is the soil.
Your 30's is the stem.
Your 40's is the fruit.

Your.
Time.
Will.
Come.

Breh honestly I just got lucky.

I got a shytty job in 2003 working on some arcane technology that JUST so happened to be the technology used by the largest (at the time) mortgage lender in the country.

They recruited me, the rest is history.
