Even if they manage to lose weight, this whole instagram/twitter posing culture is just corny. It's clear who the attention seekers are and who is keeping watch on their progress - the latter being the minority. These Maliah Michel type broads will never quit because there's always a legion of clowns liking and serenading these broads like they're the best thing since sliced bread. Once you've seen one, you've pretty much seen them all.
