There are random hood nikkas and active serial killers moving sloppier than a stereotypical hitman who still aren't being caught so it shouldn't surprise you. The murder clearance rate is dropping in most major cities despite all this tech. Go look at your city's local homicide report. The number of people killed seemingly at random and in broad daylight or on busy streets is insane. And a lot these killers have been caught on some kind of surveillance camera but the shyt is so low quality or delayed it's practically useless anyway.

And that's mostly just talking about the dumb, bumbling idiot killers who got lucky. Somebody cold blooded like the Ice Man or similar big time hitmen know how to move and not get caught. If it's some shyt you do for a living, you figure out ways to do your dirt unnoticed.

i think there is some realness to it.....guys have been arrested for trying to order hits off the dark web. I dont think it's a common thing though, probably a lot of scammers
