How do I activate Game help on the Series S?

I just came back from my friends house and he was playing on his PS5 and he was able to bring up this menu to see activities and help on the game he was playing. It looked like this

the closest thing is press menu on the icon, select 'game card',
select 'go to official club', go to 'progress' tab, go to any achievement, press A
select 'search for help' and it will bring up edge, and show search results for helping with that achievement
