This is easy. Say something like, "I'm about to run into a meeting or appointment, i'll catch up to you later".

It's futile.. like asking what's the most polite way to rape someone.. the beating around the bush shyt is just gonna make it even more of a headache.. just let them know what's up. You may feel bad for a bit or they may feel hurt, but they'll eventually get over it.
I need this person. Can't just dismiss them like that. That's why I'm looking for a way out whilst keeping the relationship good.

Talking is even worse. I don't want to talk or text anyone. I'm all about quick texts and keeping it moving, not drawn out conversations about how my day went and all that bullshyt which is what she's doing.
I don't know. I need some people who will help me and she's the only one who can help me contact them. If I piss her off that chance is gone.
