How do I effectively take the word "*****" out of my vocab?!

Only time I use it is when I'm around other black people. I don't even use it around my family for the most part. It's just so fukking natural but I can't do it anymore. Also, I want to speak with proper grammar (as I do on this site) like the president or your average salesman. I read a lot but it's like when I talk, I can't seem to to break away from my normal tone of voice and speech. I think I just need to hang out with more educated people and it will develop overtime.

This. When I went off to college, it forced me to change the way I speak. Then when I was back home or with family, I just change it back a little (again). Have to know your audience.
