Try to meet at least one good woman, preferably a few though and that should help solve this issue. If that's not possible cut down on porn, following IG models, reading too much negativity and complaining from incel/red pill dudes. Even cut down on reading through certain threads on here if needed.

try Hinge, it has a better selection of quality woman. Just make sure you have different pictures of yourself travelling, having fun or doing activities. Join a boxing or MMA gym its full of woman to interact with might help build up your confidence too

Honestly you should find opportunity in your depravity. If you’re having issues with women, improve all aspects of your life. Focus on making yourself a better person and give yourself all the attention you would’ve been giving a woman if she were there.

Try to ignore the "angry birds" & "bitter deranged" women especially on social media and your perception should change, outside of this internet shyt I've never encountered these types. You don't even need to be fukking her, just having a female that you have similar interests and principles with will keep you grounded and give you perspective.

I tell the same thing to nikkas that have problems getting with women romantically, a platonic female friend will give better insight into the mind of women than any reading and most nikkas.
