Why does it need to be 30 days? I suggest you change your lifestyle rather than doing some fast, cleanse or crazy workout and lose the weight in a month just to gain it back several months later.
I'm not an expert and there are many questions that need to be asked. Like what shape are you currently in, what level of exercise can you handle, what's your diet, etc.
