How Do I Lose 20 Pounds in 30 Days

Why does it need to be 30 days? I suggest you change your lifestyle rather than doing some fast, cleanse or crazy workout and lose the weight in a month just to gain it back several months later.

I'm not an expert and there are many questions that need to be asked. Like what shape are you currently in, what level of exercise can you handle, what's your diet, etc.

No carb diet. Maybe exercise just to be in shape, not really necessary.
You can eat eggs, bacon, sausage for breakfast. Chicken plus veggies for lunch and steak for dinner. As long as you eat zero carbs. I've seen ppl go from 270+ to 190 in like 4-5 months doing this.

I'm at 187, tryna get down to 167-170 ish... im not fat, just tryna tone and lose some stomach fat

Eat every 2.5 hours that you're awake, small meals of protein and veggies. Stop checking the weighing scale everyday. Start swimming.

Depends on your body fat percentage. If you're actually fat (ie way above 20%) then losing 20 lbs a month is possible but that's if you stay on point in your cardio and diet.

If you're not fat (say at 15% or below) than you're gonna have some trouble. A lot of trouble really because the last 10 to 20 lbs are the hardest to lose. You're have to do some serious HIIT for that. I'm talking 6 rounds of 90 second battles rope sessions coupled with 10 wind sprints.

When I was 260 lbs I got to 215 in a matter of 3.5 months just with cardio. But at 215 cardio stopped working because my body adjusted and became efficient as hell with steady state cardio. In fact cardio kinda became a waste because I stopped getting results fat percentage wise (though my blood pressure was crazy low which was cool). And like I said I had to turn to HIIT to move the needle but instead of losing 10-15 lbs a month I was only losing about 5 lbs a month to get too my target weight of 200 which finally put me at the 10% mark.


So in other words you shoulda started that shyt about 4 months ago :umad:
