How do I unlock an iPhone with ios7???

I just reset a 4s to factory settings, now I need a SIM card to start it. I seen some youtube videos where they bypass it by doing voice command and emergency call, which didn't work for me. Now koodo is saying I'll need to unlock it too, but I ain't tryna pay $50. Any one know any hacking tricks to help a brether out? I heard there's software you can use.

You cant do shyt with non-jailbroken iPhone, while Android rooting is optional and you really need it if you are advanced user.

Yea I seen some shyt about jailbreaking it. I might go that route if I can't get someone at the flea market to do it for cheap. Seems like u need software and shyt to do that. everything used to be so easy before this fukking ios7 came out.

Apple has made it really tough to unlock iPhones. Basically the imei of the phone has to be entered on the apple database where it runs constantly to verify the unlock.

3rd party providers can unlock it but it costs more than what your provider will charge. I paid the $50 and got my phone unlocked. Mines a 5s though, I don't think the 4s is worth it to be unlocked unless you plan to sell it, cause it raises the value
