Vick played some of the worst QB for the Steelers last year I have ever seen. Could barely complete a pass. Everyone on that list is either done being a productive QB or never had the skills to be a productive QB. I'm not saying there isn't some subconscious (or maybe conscious) bias in the evaluation process coming out of college, but once guys are drafted or on a roster, NFL coaches are only in the business of winning. If a black QB is the best option for a roster spot or the starting job, he'll get it because these coaches want to keep their jobs too.

The same Vince Young that

Vince Young spent $5k per week at Cheesecake Factory and other tales of how to go broke

What the hell does this have to do with his skills on the field?

What the hell are you implying?

Looks like the pseudo-militants lost this bout
How? Even in Marvin Lewis's losses in the playoffs, he's still lead the Bengals TO multiple playoff appearances and winning records. Jeff Fisher is mediocrity personified. Missing the playoffs outright is worse than consistently getting bounced out and not going deep into the playoffs. Cincy will probably make it again this year, while Jeff Fisher leads another middle of the road Rams team to the off season.

Op go follow @AwfulWhiteQBs on twitter, talks about the shyt in detail daily.. Shyts discusting, 80 percent of the qbs on NFL rosters are Cac, but don't think that's where it stops.. A lot of backup qbs go on to be coordinators and coaches, so just being in the network is if course where nfl meets real life

He was a shytty QB because he was a mental midget.

People forget this was the same dude who refused to go back into games and was throwing his shoulder pads into the stands.

QB is a spot where you have to be mentally tough, it's probably Eli Manning's greatest attribute as a QB, Young was one of the weakest QB's mentally i ever recall playing.

He was on the Jeff George level, but in an Eeeyore type of way
Meanwhile Ryan "Nobody Believes in me :mjcry:" Fitzpatrick gets chance after chance in this league. And we have to hear announcer after announcer salivate over him going to Harvard. Entitled and can't handle criticism.

Fitzpatrick is bytch made.

Still, he had the best season of ANY JET QB EVER last year. There's a reason he got that chance.

But he's an awful example, because he got benched for a black QB who should probably never start in the NFL again, GENO!

the problem often ain't the qb completely either
it's about landing in the right situation
you have individuals with more talent in terrible situations and not as talented individuals in perfect situations

most organizations are trash and will ruin any qb who steps into the driver seat
we most times never see these guys in their best fit cause it's one size fits all in the nfl & don't break the mold
