How do people decide to be plumbers? I mean damn...

Plumbers make damn good money....my cousin is a supervising plumber and works for Cal State Fullerton....he brings home about 80k if not more plus he has a lot of side jobs....lives very comfortable....

That's whats up and I'm no way dissing these dudes but it just seems like a very tough job, especially not using hazmat ppe on their jobs. Most i have seen just come in with a utility belt and some chemicals to use. Your cousin eating good now cause he a sup. now and likely doesn't have to get his hands dirty too much anymore

I remember a few years ago my pumpling got backed up and it cost like 600 dollars to get it fixed. Might have to deal with some unpleasant things, but it pays well.

Large chunk of that was profit too.

Sad truth....if many of the unemployed college grads out here had gotten into lucrative trades instead of stacking debt at a 4 year institution the student loan bubble wouldn't be popping like it is.

You guys are thinking of sewer cleaners. My old man was a sewer cleaner, I did it for a little bit years back. It's not that bad and if you own your own business you can make really good money. It's hard work though and can be long hours.
