How do people get major cosmetic surgery

the only thing I can think is that it’s a pure example of when you have too many options in life and money to spend. the few people I’ve seen have cosmetic surgery (I know one woman that got implants and another that adjusted her nose) it would strike me not as vain but troubled about their appearance and the future.
there’s a psychology to it but it definitely is a first world type of problem...

I think people around them just don’t say anything about it, and the person with the surgery gradually starts to think they’re normal.

That too, very few people “resist” the idea and when it’s done, it’s treated like any other thing you could have purchased; a new suit, watch, haircut.
People just be like, it looks good. I be like, that motivation probably came from a “bad” place...

Kim K - no fake ass, no fame, just 15 mins for her sex tape
Kylie Jenner - no fake everything, no fame, just a girl not famous for KUWTK because that show wouldn’t have existed
Nicki Minaj - no fake ass, skilled but not famous rapper
1,000 Instagram thots with fake everything, not getting paid to promote everything from clothes-make up-green tea and no Dubai ‘but can i skeet beloved?’ trips
