im sure most people are using a internet cafe, internet companies aren't just handing over ip information like that.
typically it goes like this, some nigerian dude prob named ken or ifeanyi is sitting in a internet cafe in lagos, googles some hot womans picture, posts it online. Old lonely dudes and simps message him, they get to talking, sob story comes up how they need like 1,000 bucks to pay for rent, or to travel to visit them poor dikkless simp tranfers the money western union then gets hosed.
