How do people learn to draw like this???

The best art I see are all pre-1920. Many art works I've seen after that time look more flat or stiff like it was taken from a photograph or something done into break traditionalism and go in the "unconventional" side.

I'll admit I don't know art well or studied it enough so I'm just forming second based opinions.

I'm really not. I just prefer older things and find the quality more attractive.
I've always been this way even as a child. It's just me.

Years of practice and you can get to that level too, it's more about hard work, studying, and dedication, than talent. The guy in the video I'm about to post wasn't very good at all, then became a very good artist after years of drawing,studying and painting for hours a day:
