I run for 30-40+ minutes on the treadmill. Then, after a slight cool down, I will either go to a yoga class (2nd time) or just do different exercises on the bench, free weights, stationary machines, and about roller/chin ups (if I still have any stamina left)What are they even doing in there?
On a HARD day I'm not even spending an hour in there.
