Why does OP need to go to LA? The only Latinos in Cali are Mexicans so that would invalidate the whole logic about Latinos being able to use the N word due to African heritage. He said he was going to punch them out if they said it, wanted to see if that's the truth or not. I wanna see how far he gets with this dumb logic, anyone you tell regardless of race should respect you if you asked not to be called something, if not then yeah it can be on. But this logic of punching people out due to miscommunication rather than an intention of being racist is flawed, would be good to test how long that logic/action lasts, cause dude will get bodied. It's not about Latino's or Mexicans, the principle applies to any people, if you act in an ignorant violent way unnecessarily instead of using your brain and voice the consequences are always going to be bad. So doing that, this dude might learn a much needed lesson, hopefully doesn't get bodied in the process and just a black eye or something.

They do say nikka but they dont say it around black people. Tongans/Somoans are the only non black people that get a pass for saying nikka around black people out here. Actually a lot of races say nikka in the Bay and they get away with it but again there usually isnt a large group of black people in the area. They know when to say it and when not to say it.
