im aware that places such as the south or west coast are not nearly as lenient as the northeast is when it comes to non-blacks saying nikka. whether its right or wrong for latinos to say it, places like NYC have way more latinos (non-mexican) than the south, so the dynamics and relations between blacks and latinos in the northeast are different than blacks and hispanics in other parts of the country
