You almost have to root against the Jags if for no other reason than Blake Bortles cannot be allowed to win a Super Bowl

their not all time great

they gave up 42 in 1 playoff game

for context

02 bucs gave up 37 pts in 3 playoff games
00 ravens gave up 23 pts in 4 playoff games
86 giants up 23 pts in 3 playoff games
85 bears gave up 10 pts in 3 games

This is why stats can be deceiving.Watching the games,

I wouldn't put the Jags anywhere close to those defenses.

Plus the NFL's watered down like a muthafukka right now.

I think the Jags are a very good, not great defense.

In a historical context. When measured against the rest

of the NFL THIS YEAR, in comparison to the sloppy shyt in the league now?,

I guess you could call them great FOR THE TIME.All time? nah.

Hell, I'd still take the 2013 Seahawks D over the Jags D nh.

Despite what the stats say.I've yet to watch a game where I felt

like the Jags were playing at that level. If they keep the band together a few years

Maybe they can get to that "All time" level.
