Crunchy sugar? In Lemonade? Never had that unless you talking about the crystals they put on drinks?

Make a simple syrup, boil sugar with water in a 1:1 ratio. Let it cool, mix it with whatever amount of lemon juice and water you want to get your desired taste. I like to drop a bunch of mint leaves into the syrup while it's hot to infuse the mint flavor. Mint lemonade >>> *

Simple syrup, is sugar heated in water.... everything will be dissolved.

Make one pitcher of sweet tea with simple syrup, and another with granulated. Tell me which one tastes better.

Simple Syrup has a multitude of uses and is a great addition to mixed drinks, tea, and coffee! It is perfect for sweetening your cold drinks where regular sugar wouldn’t normally dissolve with ease.

Order iced tea, and you are likely to be served the usual stuff alongside: sugar, in lumps or packets, and artificial sweeteners. Sometimes you are given a choice of white and brown sugars.

But on rare occasion out comes a classy touch, right up there with a cheesecloth wrap for the lemon: a small pitcher of cold simple syrup in place of sugar.

The syrup -- basically sugar water -- blends immediately in the cold tea, or in iced coffee for that matter, faster than regular sugar or even extra-fine granulated sugar can dissolve. The syrup should be added gradually, until the tea is sweetened to taste.

:snoop:...breh you're dense...

Or maybe it's you. My last job was working for a coffee and tea roasting company. My boss would be serving us all types of beverages he made everyday. This is where I learned it from.

Have you never dumped 15 packets of sugar into a glass of tea at a restaurant and wondered why the shyt still ain't sweet?
