Gotta be diagnosed first before anything's done, but the Coli told me psych degrees were useless so I'd say just get you some certs and it'll all be okay :troll:

Yeah breh you ain't know?

We shouldn't listen to folks who spent most of their youth studying and learning all this shyt.

The old nikka who never left the neighborhood and drive a old Cadillac is the only person we need to listen to

Don't stigmatise that shyt. That's the biggest thing that stops people seeking help because they think they've got to "man up" or some shyt.

I think that's the reason the male suicide rate is so much higher than the female one. Men are expected to just get on with it.

In many societies, anything out of the ordinary that isn't beneficial is stigmatized and stereotyped, leading to many cases of mental illness going unreported. There's weird people out there and then there's people that genuinely need help. The problem is that many will see someone with genuine mental problems and just brush it off like it's temporary, or offer 'advice' and 'solutions' that are actually fukking terrible.

Add to the fact that doctors often treat minorities like shyt, and would rather pump em full of meds than actually increasing awareness and generating positive change.

Mental illness is no joke brehs. Study your family members closely and watch for things that make you go:dahell50mayne: at first. That :dahell50mayne: might actually be a genuine condition that requires therapy/treatment.
